Domande formulate al professor Matozzi:

1. Lei che fa parte del sindacato dei docenti sa dirci quali cambiamenti porterà la riforma?

“Secondo gli ultimi decreti emanati dal governo sicuramente

ci sarà una difficoltà per l’inizio del prossimo anno per la

scarsa chiarezza dell’orario di lavoro, di alcune discipline

(tecnica, musica e artistica). Anche i dirigenti scolastici

aspettano nuove indicazioni. L’orario obbligatorio scende a

27 ore settimanali.”

2. Che problemi causerà l’eliminazione di alcune materie?

“Causerà problemi per i posti persi e problemi per minore

offerta formativa.”

3. Cosa ne pensano tutti i sindacati? La scuola cambierà in meglio o in peggio?

“I sindacati hanno fatto diverse denunce di impraticabilità e

di incostituzionalità del decreto applicativo e se le risposte

saranno negative si prevedono azioni di lotta.”

1. Quali cambiamenti porterà per il personale la riforma?

“Per i custodi nessuno perché ancora non è definito, per i docenti cambierà l’organico delle materie come artistica, tecnica e musica. Ipotizziamo un diminuzione delle ore d’inglese.

2. La scuola cambierà in meglio o in peggio?

“La qualità della scuola si perderà e si perderà l’istruzione. Non avremo quindi una scuola migliore e questo lo pensano tutti i sindacati.”

1. Solo poche, perché ancora non è arrivata la circolare esplicativa.

2. E’ importante però ho dei dubbi sul nuovo funzionamento orario.

3. No perché incide solo sulle classi prime.

4. Si, viene inserita nell’orario curricolare dei professori (ora è extra-curricolare).

5. Temo di sì, specialmente per chi si vedrà modificato l’orario. Del contenuto ancora non si sa niente.

7. Assolutamente no! Speravo in una riforma diversa.

Diminuiranno le ore di inglese, tecnica ed italiano e sarà inserita una seconda lingua straniera con due ore settimanali. L’orario sarà di 27 ore, compresa la seconda lingua, saranno facoltative sei materie tra cui educazione all’affettività, educazione alimentare, educazione stradale, educazione ambientale…Si potranno scegliere anche all’interno della classe materie facoltative diverse e ciò potrà causare confusione nell’orario scolastico. Il tempo prolungato sarà costituito da 33 ore settimanali di lezione e 7 che occuperanno la mensa. Il pomeriggio verranno svolti dei laboratori opzionali di recupero o approfondimento. Sarà inserita la figura del “tutor” che dovrebbe essere un coordinatore ancora da definire.
